    1. 1 package jiffy oatmeal muffin mix

    2. 1/4 cup butter -- softened *FILLING*

    3. 1 package cream cheese --

    4. 8oz, softened 1 envelope dream whip -- mixed as pkg directs

    5. 1 cup powdered sugar

    6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

    1. Preparation : Mix together muffin mix and butter until crumbly. Press crumbs into a greased 9 inch pie pan. (Reserve 2 tablespoons of crumb mixtue to sprinkle on top of filling.) Bake crust at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until well blended. Fold in dream whip. Pour into crumb crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill and serve.
