  1. 4 lg Avocados (peel and halve)

  2. 1/4 c Lemon juice

  3. 1/16 t Garlic powder

  4. 1/4 c Butter or Margarine

  5. 2 T Green onion (chopped)

  6. 1/2 t Celery salt

  7. 1/16 t Cayenne pepper

  8. 1/4 c Flour

  9. 2 c Light cream

  10. 2 c Chicken (cooked & minced)

  11. 1 c Sharp Cheddar (grated)

  12. 5 minutes. blend in flour. Add cream. Cook while stirring until thickened. Fold in chicken and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake avocados at
