  1. 16 ounces Premio Italian Sausage Meat (hot or mild) browned, drained & cooled to room temperature -

  2. 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese -

  3. 1 can sliced black olives (small can), drained -

  4. 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing -

  5. 1 package small wonton wrappers

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together sausage, cheese, dressing and olives; set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Press wonton skins in muffin tins creating a flower-like "cup". Bake for 5 minutes. Remove and let cups cool. Fill each with a tablespoon of filling. Return to oven and heat until filling bubbles. Filling can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator. Cups can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container.
