  1. 8 oz 227g Shiitakes

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Olive oil

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tamari

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic - crushed

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Rosemary - minced

  6. Salt and black pepper

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Maple syrup

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sesame oil - optional

  1. Rinse mushrooms. Remove and discard stems.

  2. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.

  3. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred.

  4. Serve hot.
