  1. 1/3 cup butter or margarine

  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion s

  3. 1 clove garlic , crushed

  4. 1/4 cup dry white wine

  5. 3 Tbsp. flour

  6. 1-1/2 cups milk

  7. 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, well drained

  8. 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard

  9. 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

  1. MELT butter in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in wine; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.

  2. ADD flour; mix well. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended. Cook until mixture thickens and begins to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 min.

  3. STIR in remaining ingredients; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
