  1. 3 cups low fat milk

  2. 1 1/4 cups grated low fat paneer (cottage cheese)

  3. 2 tsp cornflour mixed with

  4. 1 tbsp a pinch of cardamom (elaichi) (elaichi) (elaichi) powder

  5. 3 tsp (approx.) sugar substitute

  1. Mix together the milk and paneer in a broad non-stick pan and simmer on a flame, stirring continuously, for about 10 minutes. Add the corn flour mixture and stir continuously till it thickens. Add the cardamom powder and sugar substitute and mix well. Serve chilled.
