  1. 1 pk Gelatine

  2. 18 ea Graham crackers

  3. 1/2 c Sugar; powdered

  4. 1/4 c Butter

  5. 1 ea Egg; separated

  6. 1/2 c Pineapple; crushed

  7. 1/4 c Walnuts; chopped

  1. Prepare gelatine and set aside to cool.

  2. Place layer of graham crackers, having them fit snugly into loaf pan.

  3. Spread over layer of filling made by mixing powdered sugarm butter and egg yolk, beaten, crushed pineapple and walnut meats, then stiffly beaten egg white.

  4. Place in refrigerator to chill.

  5. A spoonful of whipped cream at serving time is an improvement.

  6. Note: This recipe contains uncooked egg and may pose a health hazard due to salmonella.
