  1. 2 cups 474ml Vanilla ice cream

  2. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Low fat milk

  3. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Mint extract (not peppermint)

  4. 8 Green food coloring

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Stop blender to stir with a spoon if necessary to help blend ice cream. Pour into two 12-ounce cups and serve each with a straw. This recipe yields 2 servings.
