  1. Ginger Snaps

  2. 1 1/2 c shortening

  3. 2 c sugar

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1/2 c molasses

  6. 4 tsp baking soda

  7. 4 c flour

  8. 2 tsp cinnamon

  9. 2 tsp ginger

  10. 2 Tbsp orange peel, grated

  11. Mix, then chill for 1-24 hours. Roll in balls. Dunk in a mixture

  12. of cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350F.
