  1. 1 (1 pound) can of Salmon , Drained, flaked, remove bones and skin

  2. 1 (8oz) cream cheese, softened

  3. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  4. 2 teaspoon onion , grated

  5. 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke

  8. 1/2 cup chopped pecan s

  9. 3 Tablespoons snipped fresh parsley

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Salmon, Cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke, mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours. Shape into a 8x2-inch log. Combine pecans and parsley and spread on a cookie sheet. Roll the salmon log over the pecan mixture to cover the sides. Chill well. Serve with crackers.
