  1. 1/2 cup chicken broth

  2. 1 1/2 cups chopped onions

  3. 3 cups chopped kale

  4. 3 cups peeled and diced sweet potatoes

  5. 1 cup diced cooked turkey

  6. 4 1/2 cups chicken broth

  7. 8 ounces Muenster cheese, sliced

  1. In a kettle, heat chicken broth and chopped onion; simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

  2. Add chopped kale, diced sweet potatoes, diced turkey, and chicken broth; return to a simmer and cook 35 to 40 minutes, or until the kale and potatoes are tender.

  3. Serve topped with sliced muenster cheese.
