  1. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Chicken - cooked and cubed

  2. 1/2 Green pepper

  3. 1 Onion (small)

  4. 8 oz 227g Broad egg noodles

  5. 1 Mushrooms - drained

  6. 1 Cream of mushroom soup - condensed

  7. 3 cups 594g / 20oz Buttered breadcrumbs

  8. 1 cup 198g / 7oz Butter

  9. 5 tablespoons 75ml Flour

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Table cream

  11. 2 1/2 cups 592ml Chicken broth

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook and cube chicken; set aside. Cook noodles as directed on package and set aside. Fry green pepper and onion until soft. Melt butter in a sauce pan; add flour and stir to make a roux. Pour in cream and chicken broth. Pour over mixture of chicken, noodles, vegetables and cream of mushroom soup. Place in greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes.
