  1. INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS:

  2. 2 c. bread crumbs

  3. 2 1/3 c. milk

  4. 2 tbsp. butter

  5. 1/3 c. sugar

  6. 2 beaten eggs

  7. 1 tsp. vanilla

  8. 1/4 tsp. salt

  9. 1/2 c. raisins

  10. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  11. 1 hour at

  12. 350 degrees. Set casserole in pan of water while baking.

  13. Serve warm butter sauce as follows:

  14. 1/4 c. butter

  15. 2 tbsp. flour

  16. 2 tbsp. sugar

  17. Shake of salt

  18. 1 c. boiling water

  19. 1/2 tsp. vanilla

  20. Melt butter. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add boiling water. Cook until thickened. Add vanilla. Serve warm over pudding.
