  1. 1 pound bulk pork sausage

  2. 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls

  3. 1 cup frozen shredded hash browns

  4. 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

  5. 5 eggs

  6. 1/4 cup milk

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  9. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Cook and crumble sausage; drain and set aside. Separate crescent roll dough into eight triangles and place on an ungreased 12-in. round pizza pan with points toward center. Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden. Yield: 6-8 servings.
