  1. 1 box Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix

  2. 1 stick melted oleo

  3. 1 egg

  4. 8 oz cream cheese

  5. 2 egg s

  6. 1 box powdered sugar

  1. Mix cake mix, oleo, and 1 egg until dry ingredients are moistened. Press into 9“ x 13” pan that has been greased and floured.

  2. With mixer, blend cream cheese, both eggs (one at a time), and powdered sugar. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350° until lightly brown (about 40 minutes). Remove from oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut when cool.
