  1. 1 lb hamburger

  2. 1 lb pork sausage

  3. 1 egg

  4. 1 cup sour cream

  5. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix

  6. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  7. 2 teaspoons salt

  8. 1 teaspoon pepper

  9. 2 teaspoons chili powder

  10. 1 tablespoon horseradish

  11. 40 saltine crackers (one sleeve)

  12. 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup

  13. 1/2 cup water

  14. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  1. mix all of the ingredients together very well.

  2. Roll into 1 inch balls, place into a 9x13 nonstick cake pan.

  3. Make the sauce and cover the meatballs evenly.

  4. Cover and bake at 325* for about 1 1/2 hours.

  5. Serve over rice.
