  3. 1 quart milk

  4. 3 eggs

  5. 2 cups sugar

  6. 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

  7. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  8. 1 cup raisins

  9. 3 tablespoons butter -- melted

  10. ** Praline Sauce ** -- (about 4 cups)

  11. 1/4 cup honey

  12. 2 cups packed brown sugar

  13. 2 cups pecan pieces

  14. 1 1/2 cups water

  15. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  16. ** ORANGE BOURBON SAUCE **

  17. 1/3 cup sugar

  18. 3/4 cup water

  19. 1/4 cup bourbon

  20. 1 orange -- juice of

  21. 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  22. 2 tablespoons butter

  1. Pudding: Preheat your oven to 350ø. Cube bread and soak in milk thoroughly. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, raisins and stir well. Pour the butter in the bottom of a heavy 9"x13"x2" baking pan. Add bread mixture and bake until firm, about 40 mins. Cool pudding, cube it and put it into individual dessert dishes. Top with Orange Bourbon Sauce or Praline Sauce at serving time.

  2. Praline Sauce: (about 4 cups) Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, over medium heat until thickened. Serve immediately. This is perfect over bread pudding.

  3. Orange Bourbon Sauce: Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the sugar and cornstarch and still constantly until dissolves, boils, and thickens. Remove from heat; stir in butter until melted. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
