  2. 1 cup Red plum preserves

  3. 1/2 cup Apricot preserves

  4. 1/2 cup Applesauce

  5. 2 tablespoons Honey

  6. 1/3 cup Cider vinegar

  7. A few drops garlic juice

  1. Serve with any recipe calling for plum sauce. Combine all ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, until all ingredients are well blended. Remove from heat; let cool. To preserve, pour into hot sterilized jar and seal at once.
