  3. 1 cup brown sugar -- packed

  4. 1 cup King syrup

  5. 1/2 cup butter or margarine

  6. 12 cups popcorn

  7. 2 cups nuts

  1. Heat oven to 250 degrees. Spray a jelly roll pan with Pam. In a 3-quart saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for the next five minutes. Remove from the stove and mix with the popcorn and nuts. Pour in the jelly pan and bake for 45 minutes. Stir with a spatula every 15 minutes. Cool 1 hour and store in air-tight container.
