  2. Cashewnuts, roasted and powdered 3 tbsps.

  3. Salt to taste

  4. Dry grated coconut 2 tbsps.

  5. pinch of turmeric powder

  6. pinch of asafoetida

  7. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp.

  8. 2 red chillies

  9. Oil 2 tbsps.

  10. few corriander leaves

  1. Heat oil. Add mustard seeds, red chillies and asafoetida. Next add the cooked rice and the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle chopped corriander leaves. Serve with curd.
