  1. 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice -- plus

  2. 2 teaspoons 3/4 teaspoon orange peel

  3. 2 teaspoons olive oil

  4. 2 teaspoons lime juice

  5. 3/4 teaspoon fresh ginger -- minced

  6. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  7. 1/8 teaspoon fresh oregano -- minced

  8. 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts -- halved

  1. Preparation : In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours. Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains. The recommended wines are: Chablis, Merlot, or Pinot Noir. NOTES : Prep: 10 min, Marinate: 2:00, Cook: 10 min.
