  1. 5-6 green unripe mangoes, finely shredded

  2. 100g dried prawns

  3. 50g dried cuttlefish, finely shredded

  4. 10-15 shallots, sliced

  5. 10-15 chili padi, cut thinly

  6. 2 tbsp sugar

  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry dried prawns till crispy. Drain.

  2. With the remaining oil, fry cuttlefish till crispy. Drain.

  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Add sugar. Serve immediately.
