  2. 1 pound ground beef

  3. 1 medium onion chopped

  4. 3 celery stalks chopped

  5. 1 can Chinese vegetables, undrained

  6. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  7. 1 can cream of celery soup

  8. 1/2 cup instant rice

  9. 1 cup water

  10. Soy sauce to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Brown ground beef, onion and celery in a large skillet.

  3. Drain off any excess fat.

  4. In a bowl, combine Chinese vegetables, mushroom, celery soups, rice, water and soy sauce, mixing well to combine.

  5. Combine the ground beef mixture with the soup mixture, mixing well.

  6. Pour into a casserole dish and bake 40 minutes.

  7. Serve with chow mein noodles.
