  2. Marinate overnight

  3. 1/4 cup cider vinegar

  4. 1/2 tablespoon Liquid Smoke

  5. Rib Rub

  6. 1 cup brown sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon celery seed

  8. 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

  9. 1 tablespoon black pepper

  10. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  11. 1/4 cup Lawry Season Salt

  12. pinch parsley

  13. pinch basil

  14. pinch oregano

  15. Roadhouse BBQ Sauce (Byerly's)

  1. Place ribs in a large pan with marinade and water to cover ribs, Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Mix all ingredient for rub.

  3. Remove ribs from marinade, reserving 2 cups of liquid.

  4. Rub both sides of ribs, place in baking pan. Pour a little of the marinade sauce in the bottom, cover tightly and bake at 350 for 2 hours.

  5. Fire up the grill, place ribs on the grill and brush with Roadhouse BBQ sauce, grill for 15 - 20 minutes.
