  1. 112 g sliced bacon, diced

  2. 280 g each, cubed 1 medium onion, peeled and chopped

  3. 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

  4. 1 tsp. dried thyme

  5. 448 g can cut green beans, drained

  6. 406 g can stewed tomatoes

  7. 1/2 tsp. salt

  8. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  9. 224 g can kidney beans, drained

  1. Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium high heat until almost crisp. Add cubed chicken, onion, garlic and thyme and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add green beans, stewed tomatoes, salt, pepper and kidney beans and heat to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
