  1. 100 g soft 4 tablespoons cup caster

  2. 2 eggs, lightly Grated rind and juice of

  3. 1 cup 4 tablespoons skim milk

  4. 1 1/2 cups white self-raising cup finely chopped

  1. Beat butter, honey and sugar together until white and fluffy. Add eggs, water and orange juice and mix lightly until combined.

  2. Add sifted flour, powdered milk and orange rind and beat gently with a wooden spoon until combined.

  3. Pour mix into a 20 cm square baking pan lined with baking paper. Spread chopped walnuts evenly on top, and press lightly into mixture with the back of a spoon.

  4. Bake at 180C for approximately 30 minutes.
