  2. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  3. 4 Cinnamon sticks

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Orange zest

  5. 12 Cloves

  6. 2 1/2 cups 232g / 8 1/5oz Fresh cranberries

  1. Recipe Instructions In a pan, bring apple cider, orange zest, sugar, cloves and cinnamon sticks to a boil. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes until sugar dissolves. Add cranberries. Increase the heat and bring to a boil. Cook on high heat, stirring until cranberries begin to pop, about five to ten minutes. Reduce heat, cook on low until relish begins to thicken, stirring occasionally. Remove from stove and discard cinnamon sticks. Pour into a bowl to cool.
