  1. 500gms baby potatoes(boil them with salt)

  2. 3-4 cloves garlic

  3. 1tsp garlic-ginger paste

  4. 2green cardamom,

  5. 1tsproasted cumin pwd

  6. 11/2tsp pepper pwd

  7. 1/2tsp turmeric pwd

  8. 1tbs lemon juice

  9. 1tbs chopped tomatoes

  10. 1/2cup crushed roasted peanuts

  11. 2tbs white

  1. heat 2tbs white oil in a wok.add 3-4 cloves of garlic,1tsp grated ginger.saute for few seconds, next add ginger-garlic paste fry while adding 2tbs water.next add black pepper,turmeric and salt.cook and sprinkle 2-3tbs water.while frying add 1tsp cumin pwd and 2crushed cardamom.finally add potatoes and stir nicely.add 1/2cup warm water.cover and cook for 5mins.mix and dish out.sprinkle crushed roasted peanuts chopped green corriander,tomatoes.serve at room temp.
