  1. 1 c Uncooked rice

  2. 2 c Water

  3. 1 tb Butter or margarine

  4. 1 1/2 ts Parsley flakes

  5. 1/2 ts Salt

  6. 1/4 ts Oregano leaves

  7. 1 tb Lemon juice

  1. Place rice, water, butter and herbs in saucepan.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer 20-25 minutes.

  4. Stir in lemon juice.

  5. Serve.

  6. Makes 4 servings.
