  1. 1 cup diced peeled mango

  2. 1/2 cup blueberries

  3. 1 avocado, peeled and diced

  4. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper

  5. 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno pepper

  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  7. 1 tablespoon honey

  8. 2 tablespoons lime juice

  9. 1 teaspoon chili powder

  10. 4 beef tenderloin steaks

  11. salt and pepper to taste

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except steaks, salt, and pepper. Season this salsa to taste and refrigerate. Prepare and preheat grill.

  2. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper and grill 4-7 minutes per side, turning once, until desired doneness. Place on serving plates and top with the salsa mixture. Serve immediately.
