  1. 1 large (8oz) container of double or whipping cream

  2. 3 tsp sugar

  3. 1/2 tsp vanilla

  4. 3 Tbsp milk

  1. Put cream, sugar and vanilla into a medium mixing bowl.

  2. Beat with an electric mixer on high for about 30 seconds.

  3. Beat again, adding milk, one Tbsp at a time, until the whipped cream is the consistency you want.

  4. Cover with cling film and refrigerate until ready to use.
