  1. 7 large cabbage leafs

  2. 1 pound(s) lean ground beef

  3. 3 cup(s) rice

  4. 1 small green pepper

  5. 1 tablespoon(s) garlic

  6. 1 small onion

  1. bring a pot of water to a boil. get each leaf of cabbage with a thong and dip each one for about 3 seconds in the boiling water. remove. on a seperate pot boil the ground beef in order to get most of the grease out. remove and drain meat. Place the ground beef, onion, garlic, green pepper, complete seasoning to taste and lemon pepper powder to taste. Simmer until the onions and peppers are soft when the meat is done add rice to the pot little by little until you have reached the consistancy you want the meat to be. Turn the stove off. place the lightly cooked cabbage on a plate and beggin to add the stuffing. make sure you leave room for wrapping it up. roll it up and tuck it like a burrito. get a glass pan and pour a bottle of Ragu Meat flavored spaghetti sauce at the bottom of the pan. place the cabbage ''burritos'' one next to the other and sprinkle with parmassian cheese. preheat oven to 400 dregrees and bake for 4 minutes. remove, let stand for a couple minutes so it hardens and enjoy!!!
