  1. 3 tb Bread crumbs; dried

  2. 1 ts Fresh parsley

  3. 1/4ts Oregano; each & Lemon peel; grated

  4. 1 tb Margarine; reduced calorie

  5. 1/2ts Margarine; reduced calorie

  6. 8 oz Scallops; bay or sea 1 tb Lemon juice; freshly squee

  7. 1 tb Dry vermouth

  8. 1 clove Garlic; minced

  1. + Directions : in mixing bowl, combine crumbs, parsley, oregano & lemon peel; add margarine & mix well until thoroughly moistened. Set aside. Preheat broiler; in shallow flameproof 1 1/2 c. casserole, arrange scallops; mix together remaining ingredients & pour over scallops. Broil 6 inches from heat until scallops are opaque, 4 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle crumb mixture evently over scallops & broil until crisp & lightly browned, about 1 minute longer.
