  1. Since you are preparing this kettle corn recipe in the air popper, you will need to plug-in your popper and check if it is heating up properly. Now to the popping try add the popcorn kernels and the oil. Mix the two ingredients before you insert the tray so that the oil is evenly coated on the kernels. Switch on the popper and make sure all the kernels are popped evenly, then remove them in a large paper bag. Now, sprinkle the white sugar in the bag and the salt, and shake the bag excessively to coat all the popcorn with the two. You can either serve this popcorn or caramelize it by placing the bag in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes, and your super crispy flavored popcorn recipe is ready to be feasted on!

  2. How to Make Kettle Corn on the Stove The process is very similar to that of the air popper. The only difference is that, you will need a popper which is not electric but can be heated on the stove (the usual ones). Once the popcorn is ready, you can prepare finger licking popcorn balls with it.
