  1. 4 tbsp chopped onion

  2. 2 tbsp butter

  3. 2 cups milk

  4. 2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 tsp chicken broth

  5. 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

  6. 1 can tomato soup

  7. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  8. 2 cups cooked seafood ( shrimp , crab, etc)

  9. 2 cups light cream

  1. Saute onions in butter.

  2. Stir in milk, bouillon or broth and Tabasco until hot.

  3. Stir in tomato soup and lemon juice.

  4. Heat through, stirring constantly.

  5. Add seafood and cream, simmer.
