  2. 3 cup(s) fresh peach slices

  3. 1 tablespoon(s) honey or sugar

  4. 1 1/2 cup(s) skim milk

  5. 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, peaches, and honey or sugar.

  2. Blend until almost smooth. Add the milk and vanilla and continue to blend until smooth.

  3. To chill, blend in 1 cup of ice. Serve immediately.
