  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Ground turkey breast

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Finely-chopped onion

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  4. 6 Whole-grain buns

  5. Topping

  6. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Toppings of choice; onion, tomato or Cucumber slices, sprouts and/or lettuce

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Honey mustard or barbecue sauce

  1. Combine ground turkey breast, onion and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Mix well. Divide turkey mixture into 6 equal portions.

  2. Place burger into non-stick pan. Cover and "fry" burger over moderate heat until golden brown and cooked through and white inside.

  3. Toast buns. Put burger on bun -- add toppings of choice.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
