  3. 2 mediums Carrots; peeled and shredded

  4. cup Soy sauce

  5. 1 can Pineapple rings in juice

  6. 1 medium Green pepper; chopped

  7. 2 cups Macaroni; cooked and drained

  8. 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

  1. In large skillet saut‚onion in the oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots.

  2. Saut‚for 1 minute.

  3. Stir in soy sauce, Drain juice from pineapple into the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Cut phieapple in small pieces. Add with green pepper and macaroni to the sauce.

  5. Stir in brown sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
