  1. 1/2 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)

  2. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  3. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper

  4. 1/3 cup ketchup

  5. 4-1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar

  6. 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  7. 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

  8. 2 kaiser rolls, split

  9. 1/2 cup creamy deli coleslaw

  1. In a nonstick skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat for 4-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes or until thickened. Spoon onto roll bottoms; top with coleslaw. Replace roll tops. Yield: 2 servings.
