  1. 2 tb Olive oil

  2. 6 lg Ripe tomatoes, peeled

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and add tomatoes, garlic and crushed pepper.

  2. Let simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

  3. Add parsley and salt and simmer 2 minutes longer.

  4. Meanwhile, heat 4 to 6 quarts water in a large pot.

  5. Add salt to taste and the spaghetti.
