  1. 1/4 cup boiling water

  2. 1 mint tea bag

  3. 1 tablespoon sugar

  4. 4 cups blackberries

  5. Plain whole-milk Greek-style yogurt

  1. Pour boiling water over tea and steep 1 minute. Add sugar and stir to dissolve. Cool. Divide blackberries among 4 bowls. Pour mint tea syrup over berries. Spoon dollop of yogurt atop berries and serve.
