  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped dried apricots

  2. 3/4 cup 177ml Water

  3. 16 oz 454g Cream cheese - softened

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Orange marmalade

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Milk

  6. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped pecans

  1. Combine apricots and water in small saucepan. Bring to boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes. Drain well.

  2. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer, until it's smooth and fluffy. Stir in the apricots and remaining ingredients. Serve on crackers.
