  1. 2 tbsp. flour

  2. 1/2 tsp. salt

  3. 2 tbsp. butter, melted

  4. 1 c. milk

  5. 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese spread

  6. 1 can flaked tuna

  7. 3 hard-boiled eggs, diced

  8. 1 c. salad dressing

  9. 1/4 c. chopped sweet pickles

  10. 1/4 c. chopped pimento

  11. 2 tbsp. chopped onion

  12. 1/4 c. chopped celery

  13. 1 can chow mein noodles

  14. Paprika

  1. Directions Combine flour and salt with butter in skillet over medium heat; stir until smooth.

  2. Add milk; stir constantly until smooth and thickened.

  3. Add cheese spread, tuna, eggs, salad dressing, pickles, pimento, onion and celery; mix well.

  4. Spread noodles in but- tered 6 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish; pour tuna mixture over noodles.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
