  1. 1 pound rotini, cooked

  2. al dente, cooled to room temperature

  3. 1 stick pepperoni

  4. 1 medium onion, chopped

  5. finely 1 can black olives,

  6. drained 1 block (8 ounces)

  7. mozzarella cheese

  8. 1 small bottle Italian

  9. dressing

  1. Cut the ends from the stickof pepperoni and remove the natural casing. Cut into smallcubes. Cut mozzarella into cubes of about the same size.

  2. Place all ingredients in alarge bowl. Stir until well coated with Italian dressing, andingredients are well mixed.

  3. Chill for approximately onehour. Serve with burgers fresh from the grill.
