  1. 1 pkg. Pepperage Farms Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets Icing Filling:

  2. 1c. sugar (splenda)

  3. 1/2 c. crisco

  4. 1/2 c. butter

  5. 3 Tbsp. flour

  6. 1 Tbsp. vanilla

  7. 1 tsp. lemon juice (opt)

  8. 1/2 c. milk (lactaid)

  1. Preparation : Preheat oven to 350* Let pastry thaw for 1/2 hour, fold open. Cut into 1 inch squares. Place onto cookie sheet. Bake 25 min. or till golden brown. Remove from sheet onto paper towels to absorb grease. Cool completely. For Icing: Put all ingrediants in a large bowl. Beat at high speed till fluffy. Open each square with a knife and put 1 tsp of filling in each. Put tops back on and dust with powdered sugar. Pie filling may also be used. These freeze well!
