  1. 2/3 cup(s) (prepared) vinaigrette salad dressing

  2. 1/3 cup(s) (spicy) brown mustard

  3. 1 tablespoon(s) sugar

  4. 1 1/2 pound(s) red potatoes , cut into 3/4-inch cubes 1 teaspoon(s) salt

  5. 1 cup(s) (chopped) red bell pepper

  6. 1 cup(s) (chopped) celery

  7. 1/2 cup(s) (chopped) red onion

  8. 1/2 pound(s) kielbasa or other smoked sausage , split lengthwise

  1. Whisk together salad dressing, mustard and sugar in large bowl; set aside.

  2. Place potatoes in large saucepan. Add salt and enough cold water to cover potatoes. Cover, bring to a boil and cook 10 to 15 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Drain and transfer to serving bowl. Add bell pepper, celery and onion. Set aside.

  3. Cook sausage in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until lightly browned and heated through, about 5 minutes, turning once. Cut into small cubes. Add to bowl with potatoes. Toss well to coat evenly. Serve warm.
