  1. 1 1/2 pounds ground beef (As lean as you like it)

  2. 1 small onion diced

  3. 1 clove garlic (Minced) Chicago or Montreal Steak Seasoning

  4. 1-2 Tbs. Worchester Sauce

  5. 1 can (28 0z)diced tomato es

  6. 1 qt Beef stock

  7. 3/4 lb pasta (Your choice)

  8. 1 tsp Thyme

  9. 1 tsp Ground Coriander Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. In a large pot(Stock pot works best) cook the ground beef with the onion, garlic, seasoning and worchester sauce. (I don’t drain the fat, if you do, drain before you add the seasonings). Prepare the pasta according to directions. Add the beef stock and tomatoes to the beef. Add tomatos and remaining seasonings, bring to a simmer. Add pasta when cooked. Add any additional water or stock if desired (Pasta will absorb additional liquid) Salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
