  1. 8 cups 1896ml Bow-tie pasta

  2. 1 lb

  3. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Broccoli florets - fresh or frozen

  4. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Chicken or turkey, chopped

  5. 1 1/3 cups 194g / 6.8oz Old cheddar cheese - shred

  6. 1 Tomato - chopped

  7. 2 Green onions - chopped

  8. 3 Eggs

  9. 1/4 cup 59ml Milk

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  1. A quick and colorful cheesy pasta that can be made into a vegetarian dish if you want to eliminate the meat.

  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 7 minutes.

  3. Add fresh broccoli; cook for about 3 minutes or until pasta and broccoli are tender but firm. (If using frozen broccoli, cook pasta 9 minutes before adding broccoli.) Drain well and return to pot. Add cheese, pastrami, tomato and green onions; toss to combine.

  4. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper; stir into pasta mixture and cook over low heat, stirring, for about 3 minutes or until eggs are creamy and almost set.
