  1. 1/2 cup chopped onion

  2. 1/2 cup chopped celery

  3. 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

  4. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  5. 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)

  6. 1 (2 1/2-ounce) can mushrooms, drained and chopped

  7. 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon celery seed

  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

  11. 1 large egg, beaten

  1. Cook onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender in large skillet over medium heat. Add rice, mushrooms, poultry seasoning and salt; stir in egg. Turn into greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) 15 minutes.
