  2. 2 cups (16 ounces) 4% cottage cheese

  3. 1-1/2 cups cubed process cheese (Velveeta)

  4. 3 eggs, lightly beaten

  5. 1/4 cup butter, cubed

  6. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  7. 1 teaspoon salt
